On Monday, June 22, 2026, at approximately 6:35 a.m., officers responded to 5725 Old Pascagoula Road (Plantation Apartments) in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim with a fatal gunshot injury inside of an apartment unit.
The victim’s name will be released once next of kin has been notified.
This remains an active investigation, and no further information will be released at this time.
