On Thursday, April 9, 2020 at approximately 6:27 a.m., police responded to the 2600 block of Farnell Drive in reference to the report of a shots fired complaint. Upon arrival, officers discovered an unidentified black male deceased from a gunshot wound.
Officers found and detained the shooting suspect, 21-year-old Henry DeAntonio Brown, who was arrested and charged with murder.
The victim was later identified as 19-year-old Kendall Simmons.
