Juveniles Arrested For North Ann Street Homicide

On Wednesday September 20, 2017 at approximately 0601 hours Mobile Police Department Third Precinct responded to a report of one down at 104 North Ann Street. Upon arrival Officers discovered the 40 year old black male victim Lakedrick Lucy. The victim was pronounced deceased on the scene.

Update: Through the course of the investigation it was discovered that 17- year-old Jatavious Bailey and 17- year-old Jyquan Richardson had shot and killed the victim. Both Bailey and Richardson have been charged with Murder.
