On Sunday, May 11, 2025, at approximately 8:05 a.m., officers responded to the 3900 block of Driftwood Drive E., in reference to a possible shooting with a male subject barricaded inside of a residence. SWAT was activated and responded to the home, but upon entry, a male victim, identified as Henry Maddox, 55, was found deceased.
The subject, Jordan Adams, 25, was taken into custody without further incident. Upon further investigation, officers discovered Adams entered the home and shot his stepfather.
No further information will be released.
