Mobile Police to Assign New Vehicles

On August 1, 2013 the Mobile Police Department is set to assign 13 new vehicles to detectives in the department. The department purchased the 2013 Chevrolet Impalas from a Mobile GMC provider for a total of $ 271,097 to replace vehicles from an aging fleet.

These vehicles are the first installment of the 73 vehicles that were budgeted for this year.
