Mobile Police a Sexual Assault Suspect

On November 26, 2012, Mobile Police arrested 28 year old Martell Malone and charged him with three counts of Sexual Abuse First Degree. Through the investigation, detectives have determined that Malone approached three women and touched them in a sexual manner. Officers apprehended Mr. Malone this morning at an apartment on Hillcrest Road.
