Man Arrested and Charged with Murdering His Mother Kay Raines

On March 28, 2017, Mobile Police arrested 34-year-old Clarke Raines in connection to the homicide of his mother Kay Raines. Raines is charged with murder and 13 counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.
On January 28, 2017, at approximately 12:19 p.m., Mobile Police responded to the 1000 block of Pace Parkway for a report of a missing person. Upon arrival, police spoke with the complainant, who informed police that the victim was missing.
