On Friday, August 13, 2021, at approximately 10:19 a.m., police officers responded to the 1200 block of Amsterdam Street in reference to a person down. Upon arrival, police officers found Dillon Crum, age 30, deceased inside his residence. This is an ongoing homicide investigation.

UPDATE:
The Mobile Police Department reports that Isaac Bell, 39, has been arrested and charged with Murder and Burglary First Degree in connection to the incident at the 1200 block of Amsterdam Street.
