On Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at approximately 7:59 a.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of McRae Avenue concerning a report of a domestic incident. Upon arrival, they discovered Rodney Tucker, a 52-year-old male, deceased inside the premises. The cause of death is pending the results of an autopsy.

Through the course of the investigation, detectives identified Gilbert Pittman, 43, and Jessica Allen, 36, as the subjects involved in the investigation of the death of 52-year-old Rodney Tucker that occurred on Wednesday, January 24, 2024. On Saturday, March 16, 2024, detectives arrested and charged both individuals with murder.
