Deputy Chief Tyrone Williams oversees the Field Operations Bureau encompassing the Field Operations Division and the Special Operations Division. The Field Operations Division, commanded by Major Kara Rose, consists of all five police precincts including general investigations as well as the Ranger Unit.
Major Phillip Snodgrass commands the Special Operations Division which includes the Mounted Patrol, Central Events Mini-Precinct, Traffic Safety Unit, Tactical Response Unit, Jaguar Detail, Homeland Security Unit, and Marine Detail.
