    If you have strong character, initiative and a calling to service in your community, the Mobile Police Department is seeking young men and women with a high school diploma or its equivalent to serve in the Cadet Program.

  • Residency Requirements

    New residents have 30 days after entering the state to obtain an Alabama Drivers License.
  • Application Process

    The Mobile Police Department usually operates two Academy Classes per year. The application process starts at the Mobile County Personnel Board.
