Polka Dots Parade Rescheduled

On February 4, 2010 at 3:00 PM the Polka Dots Parade was rescheduled because of forecasted weather. The Order of Inca Parade will start as scheduled Friday night at 6:30 PM and the Polka Dots will immediately follow.
